Tomorrow marks three weeks since I passed the OA. My medical physical was more involved than I originally thought. Because I had to do blood typing, my doctor sent me to the hospital the day after my scheduled physical. I also had to have a TB test which required two appointments. All in, I have seen the doctor four times with my fifth and final appointment tomorrow. I think after that I am done.
As for the security clearance, I have no clue. I haven’t heard anything since April 7th, when I received an e-mail indicating that Diplomatic Security received a “complete packet.” I don’t know what that means, but I hoped that a security investigator would have contacted me by now. The hurry up and wait continues.
