Well, I thought everything was finalized at the property in Arlington… but I was wrong! After some interesting conversations through a real estate management company that is completely inept, and several requests for us to send $3700 in deposit money without an executed lease, we decided to find a different home – and we got lucky!
We found a fantastic property in Logan Circle, right in the middle of the action in Washington, DC! It is a completely decked out, modern and updated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom row house. The address is 933 M Street NW #2, Washington, DC. While it is not right across the street from work, we are right in the middle of the action and only half a block from a metro station. We are also walking distance to many of the major attractions in DC as well as a great restaurant and bar scene. The location will be perfect for any of you visiting (hint hint). So long suburbs!
